Payments & Refund Policy

  • All payments must be made through the secure payment options provided on our website.
  • Payments are refunded in full where a visa is refused because the flight reservation we supplied had expired or was invalid at the time of assessment. To claim, email us the refusal letter that states this reason.
  • Payments are not refunded for a change of travel plans, for a refusal on any other ground, or where the reservation was used after its stated validity period.
  • If a reservation is not delivered, or is delivered with an error on our side, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will correct or re-issue it at no charge.

User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.
  • The Dummy Ticket AE is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete user information.
  • You agree not to misuse dummy tickets for illegal or fraudulent purposes under any circumstances.
